With more than 10 years of small business marketing and CRM process implementation to her name, Katherine is the creative force behind East End Consulting. Her marketing passion is making systems work smarter and harder for us and has spent the last 5 years perfecting processes to bring together information from Quickbooks, Salesfusion, Infor, and Google Analytics.

Katherine holds a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University and maintains a high level of interest in behavioral economics, particularly in how humans make buying decisions.
